2025 Clark - Spring Musical Bye Bye Birdie

Set in the 1950’s, a musical about a rock star named Conrad Birdie who is drafted into the army and his managers, Albert Peterson and Rosie Alvarez, who try to figure out how to handle his departure. Their plan is to have Birdie give a public farewell kiss to a randomly selected fan before he leaves, and they choose 15-year-old Kim MacAfee of Sweet Apple, Ohio. The musical follows Albert and Rosie as they travel to Sweet Apple to carry out their plan, but things don't go as expected and the town is thrown into chaos.
